The three phases of the program implementation are the Pre-program, Program proper, and the Post program.

There are four elements which are to be given due consideration in the process of program implementation.

• The Resource development
• Program management
• Marketing
• Collaboration.

Resource Development:

There is a severe need to assess the available resources for every program. Then a plan should be put into place in order to mobilize the resources or the assets. The flaw in the minds of the people when it comes to resource development is the under utilization of the resources. Often they ask certain questions like “How much money do I have to spend”. In the other way you can rephrase the question like “What do I need to get the job done? Then you will start analyzing the local assets, the external resources that are needed to get the job done.

Most ineffective programs are the result of improper utilization of the resources. Spending big money won’t save the cause. Resources include people, knowledge, and things.

Program Management:

Broadly the processes implicated in the management are separated into four different categories namely:

• human management – The total number of people needed for a program to be completed.
• task management- The plan about the processes that are involved in the program.
• Fiscal management- The management of the fiscal source.

Marketing:

The public should be aware of the product for a product to succeed in the market. Marketing does the job of creating awareness about the product. The marketing strategies also concentrate on the logo of the company. Professionally designed materials have a demand in the market. The printed materials, the exhibits, and the new releases of the company boost the marketing process of the company.

Collaboration:

Working in coincidence with other companies is an important factor for the welfare of the company. It is a process of participation in which groups and organization work together to get desired results says the National Network of Collaboration.
