Since the 1990s, the political leadership was given to one single power despite criticism of minimal separation in national and state governments. However, there is the local government to heed to public request, a part of republic of China which is in a hierarchy of four different levels township, county, prefecture or municipality and province. Guided by the communist party, the People’s Liberation Army which is formed for national level security and successful establishment of peace in the Chinese nation plays a major role in the country’s development. The legislative system and judicial laws are based on the people’s republic of china and its discretion in the government and politics of China.
