EMPIRICAL POLITICAL ANALYSIS

Empirical political analysis is an in-depth study about political science that deals with the study of government, its legislative methodology, institutions, declarations and behavior as a whole. Ever since the age of Greeks, the form of legal body had been analyzed and criticized for its various actions which has now become a part of academia with ethical approach towards end solutions. As political science is comprised of a vast field of interests including but not limited to sociology, psychology, economics and more, empirical political analysis is a research study that is initiated with proper planning on paper, sociology applications and conclusion of the objective intended.

Political theory is the base structure for the development of political analysis that has its subfields overlapping the main fields while covering the following areas: the study of history of political thought, the examination of questions of justice and morality and the existing amiable relationship between the government and individual besides being a whole as a society with its functions. Starting with the basic of political science and its different fields, empirical political analysis works better when the scientist is well aware of the Quantitative and Qualitative research methods.

Basically, the research starts with the study process which according to academic theory begins with formulation of theory, operationalization of theory, selection of appropriate research techniques, Observation of behavior, analysis of data and interpretation of results. The basic rules were laid out by the book of research methods by Jarol B. Manheim and Richard C. Rich.

The study of politics begins with choosing the concept and comprehending the existing hypothesis in the society. It is the matching of these different variables which would provide accurate end results and for achieving the same, the researcher should be well aware of the status of the society, its operational functions and the impact of governmental decisions on it. Interpreting the hard cover data into research modules to decide the end result is done with the help of systematic bibliographical research, operationalization and measurement, the problem of sampling and data gathering techniques.

When the entire resources are utilized to the maximum such as data collection, interviewing, scaling techniques, content analysis, direct observation, source and application of aggregate data, it will lead to clarification. Empirical political analysis is the methodological study of public problems with contrary to the existing democratic government to form a conceptualized data in the end for clarified application.
