American Society and Judicial Behavior

American Society is a congregation of culture that is based on the Western Culture which exists even before the United States came into being while its judicial behavior borrows hugely from the United Kingdom besides America’s own set of laws imposed by great leaders of the golden era. The dialect, taste in music, arts, social habits and perspective are unique for American society which is hugely inspired by the Irish and English settlers of Colonial America. Judicial behavior is on the other side of the coin that has its own code of conduct of the Judicial conference of the United States which is applicable to all federal judges but on advisory basis and doesn’t bind Supreme Court Justices.

Judiciary when described in constitutional terms is a system of courts and body of judges of a country whose behavior is surveyed over by the Supreme court, Senate and the President. The society is ably organized when a judicial behavior operates independently from the civilian processes and this is turn leads to a democratic system that combines the social behavior with the judicial behavior. The judiciary operates solely based on the plaintiff and the defendant evidences produced during the hearing. Main purpose of the judicial behavior is to ensure that no single person is deprived of life, liberty or property unless they are proved guilty. Even then they will be protected from unusual judgment and it is the fundamental rights that every U.S. citizen is entitled to in the American society.

The social culture existing has a different take on the judgment, the operation of the government and when we compare the existing system in other countries, the American way of dealing with law is entirely different. Even the accused is eligible for further trial and on proper evidence will be released while those who are under trial will be allowed to strongly refute the proceedings with their justice. Law abiding citizens are clearly out of troubled waters and questioning even a suspect is considered highly sensitive as if the case is proved wrong, it would make them eligible to make a huge claim on basis of psychological harassment with social degradation.

Society is highly protected by judiciary while its behavior before affecting an individual or an entity is subject to heavy scrutiny for approval. American society favors the judicial laws established and has the rights to avail their cultural habits besides being free citizens of the state.
