Karl R. Popper
Karl R. Popper’s full name was Sir Karl Raimund Popper was born on 28 July 1902 in the place of Vienna. In 1902, he was the son of upper-middle class parents of incorporated Jewish, they converted to Christianity. Karl’s father name was Simon, he was a lawyer and his mother name was Jenny Schiff. His wife name was Josefine. After starts themselves in Vienna, Popper made a speed common mount in Viennese Society. He was educated at the University of Vienna. In 1919, Popper turned into involves by Marxism and then attached the Association of Socialist School Students. Then he became the part of the Social Democratic Workers’ Party of Austria, which was a party fully approved the Marxist Ideology. In 1928, he got doctorate in philosophy, and from 1930 to 1936 he trained secondary School.
Karl R. Popper’s first book “The Logic of Scientific Discovery” was published by him in 1934. In 1937, because of the climb of Nazism and the Danger of the Anschluss he leaves from his country to New Zealand. He became the lecturer in philosophy in New Zealand. In 1946, he moved to England, and he became as a reader in logic and learns the scientific method. After 1982, he was became the member of the Academy of Humanism and portray himself as agnostic, to express the moral teachings of Judaism and Christianity. Popper won many awards and got credit in his fields, includes the Lippincott Award of the American Political Science Association and Austria awarded him the Grand Decoration for services to the Republic of Austria in Gold and some other awards too. He was died in UK at the age of 92 on September 1994.He was an Austro-British Philosopher, and also a professor at the London School of Economics. He was observed as one of the greatest philosophers of science on the 20th century.
Popper in political Philosophy:
In Karl R. Popper works of The Open Society and its Enemies and The Poverty of Historicism, he developed an assessment of historicism and a protection of the Open Society. He measures Historicism as a theory which determined the history inevitably and essentially along with predictable general laws. In a lecture of 1992, he explained the relationship between his political philosophy and his philosophy of science. In his early years he was impressed by communism and he lively in the Austrian Communist Party. In 1947, Popper was originated with Friedrich Hayek, Milton Friedman, Ludwig von Mises and the others in the Mont Pelerin Society to guard classical liberalism in the will of the Open Society.
