What does Kaizen mean?

Kaizen is a Japanese word for improvement, or change for the better it focuses on the continuous improvement in the process of manufacturing, distribution, production, engineering process, and management. The change is done for the better of the organization so that they can provide better and good quality service to their customers. When applied in business sense, Kaizen involves all the people in the organization right from the low level to the top level management people, all of them should work with common aim of making the company a huge success by producing better quality products.    

This system pertains to the improvement is all stages, and even after new techniques are altered and improved, there is always scope for further improvement. This is the basic idea with which this technique works. There is always a way where the technique could be further improved and many people will get benefited with it. The main goal is to improve the whole production process of the company so that it can provide better quality goods to its customers by reducing the wastage that might occur. When there is proper care taken, then the wastage on the production process can be easily avoided and better managed.
