CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF NURSING PRINCIPLES

Nursing principles are framed in such a way that it helps in maintenance of individual wholeness and integration of ill patient who are disturbed by emotional stresses. Intervention of nursing principles helps in proper determination of energy that is conserved. This conceptual framework helps in integration of structural, physical, mental and community. Most of the individual wholeness is worrying badly due to anxiety and stress development. Nurse is responsible to recover the patient from indictors of stress such as subjective and objective. They initially start with assessment of every individual, then they diagnosis. Nursing professional practice is regarded as a work of art rather than as a science.

Elements of administration

There are six stages of administration which are carried out in sequence.  Policy making bodies are councils, governments, committees. The principles of nursing are formulated upon investigation. The investigation process is first to collect the related facts with datas and next is to classify the datas accordingly. Second stage of nursing principle is reality. True planning considers all factual data and factors that are integrated with this. The sources are limited due to lack in availability of equipment and funds for the same. Later French industrialist, Henri Fayol formulated five aspects for administering nursing as planning, organizing, commanding, co-coordinating and controlling ultimately. In which planning is done in two stages like forecasting and actual planning. Hence he classified nursing administration process like forecasting, organizing and commanding resulting in planning, co-coordinating and controlling.

Health care quality provided by nurse has impact on patient. Important ethics that a nurse should follow are as follows.

• Compassion: Should compassionate nursing care provided to patients.
• Competence: Licensed or registered nurse should be competent.
• Care: Delivering health of patient in better way.
• Collaboration: It is essential for effective communication between nurse and patient relationship.
