No method can give exact picture as every system has its own benefits and limitations. Multi evaluation strategy development helps in developing and evaluating educational programs to an extent. Self evaluation:

Self evaluation is effective when an individual is half conscious and automatic state of teaching. The mental intention of teaching creates a thought of listeners mind listening capacity and interest. The more the confidence the more is the weakness. It is because only individual plays a major role of interpretation and misinterpretation. Self evaluation techniques are

Peer review:

The process sub ordinates review of teaching is referred as peer review. It can be of following types

• Staff review meeting
• Supervisor attending teachers class
• Teacher assessment review schedule (TARS)

At times team teaching is done. Each teacher teaches part of the program. Both of them play a major role and both are evaluated. It is much more similar to student combine study. The evaluation of team teaching can be either formative or informal type. Staff review meeting avoid peers conflicts. TARS evaluation is done inside the teaching room.

Student review

Students help in improving the teaching process is referred as student review. Questionnaires help in assessment. The other way of approach is interview before or after questionnaires.

Student performance

Student achievement, interest and attendance predict the teaching quality. Factors which affect the student performance are

• Disability

Portfolios:

Portfolios help in data collection, strategic implementation of work and deliberation. They assess student work and maintenance of education program. This reflects the teaching health. This encourages self evaluation work.
