Clinical medicine helps in easy tracing of precise history to understand the etiology of a patient’s problem. Most of the causative reasons are identified by interpreting medical history, family history and clinical diagnosis. Clinical medicine helps in easy understanding of pathophysiology of the disease etiology. It is carried out by quantifying the exposure to illness and exposure to causative agent. Review of systems (ROS)
Review of system is considered as a clinical puzzle. Review of system includes the list of questionnaires according to the human organ system which covers depth of dysfunction and disease. It is used as a screening tool to encounter the patients. Particular risk can be easily identified. ROS defines symptoms of disease with the help of history of present illness. ROS development is on the basis of specific patient characteristics, findings of clinical examination, past history and associated risk factors. Based on the findings, physicians look for diagnosis with the help of adjuvant testing. Clinical medicine reflects accurate clinical conditions of an individual. At times it helps in findings of medical disorders of unrecognized physical or mental conditions may lead to mortality or morbidity of an individual.
