Adding Special Effects in PowerPoint Presentation
Adding special effects in a presentation is the most interesting part of creating a presentation. Special effects can enhance the effectiveness of your presentation. However, there is a word of caution! Do not use them excessively. They will make your presentation ineffective by drawing attention from what you want to say. Use them moderately. Let us begin with inserting pictures in a presentation from a file.
Inserting Pictures from Files
If you have pictures stored in your computer-scanned photographs or artworks- you can insert them into PowerPoint slides, using the Picture option in the Insert menu. You will be surprised to know that PowerPoint permits you to insert several different graphics formats.
There are even several other features that you could add to your presentation such as sound effects, animations or animating slides, setting slide timings, grouping and ungrouping pictures and many more.
