Social Psychology

Social psychology is a psyphchogy which deals with the impact of social influence on human beings. Social psychology is experienced in various disciplines, it is also found in industries, when they try to control a group, influence individual’s options, or explain why someone is behaving in a different manner.

Social psychology is a study between individuals and groups. While personality psychology focuses on individual traits, behavior and thoughts, social psychology is fixed on situations.

The study of social psychology explains why people form groups, how groups make decision, etc. Social psychology is the science behind human behaviors and how people react to different situations.

Different people react and behave in different manners at various places and situations.  These varied behaviors are called social psychology.

Personal psychology:  is the thinking and feelings of individuals. It is the thought process that goes on in the minds of individual at different situations in life.

Industrial – organizational psychology:  It is the behavior of an individual or group in a work place of an origination. Or the behaviors and interactions of superiors with subordinates to various situations.

Judgment and decision-making:  This psychology is done individual or collectively.   Judgments are made on people at various occasions and decisions are also made at various times and various situations in live be it social or industrial.

Human factors and ergonomics:  This is high viewed in work places where human forces operate.  Since people of different walks of life join together in an organization.

Environmental psychology:  Is the psychology of inter-disciplinary science of an individual and his surroundings.   It all depends on the environment where a human being is focused.

Health psychology: Is our choice of belief system, our backgrounds, the sicknesses we face and what measures are taken to remedy these sicknesses or preventive measures.
