Personal productivity means that you are able to deliver results when needed. This productivity may require for your boss or yourself. You should also do it without any stress. Most of us have been productive very rarely. I strongly agree that this ability can be developed.

Establish a routine:
Spontaneity is always good in your personal life, but when it comes to business, the more you can automate and do better. A routine makes you complete everything than being boring. When things become as a habit, you just do it naturally.
Work in rhythm:
Everyone has a time of the day when they are more productive. What’s yours? If you know it, your work schedule to optimize the times of a day.
Avoid Distractions:
It is easy to keep tracked these days because there is so much demands your attention. If possible limit the number of meetings you attend, or schedule them for particular timings of the day.
Prioritize:
Prioritizing is simply way of learning which makes between the things you have to perform, and the things you have to perform now. A simple way of doing this is to make a list of the tasks and their deadlines to perform. First, give priority to the important things. This will not lead to waste your time and energy when performing more tasks.
Good Utilization of time:
There are many business owners and executives who insist themselves on doing everything. If I use my skill set, or just trying to control everything from my environment. Talented Business owners understand that they can’t do everything. If you look at their point of view, it frees up time to produce more personal productivity, to build your business.
Filter your information:
We struck up, when filtering information only. We need to know what’s happening around us obviously. But watching many news programs or reading two or more newspapers or checking news sites on web is really equivalent to wasting the time. This leads to you to get more time in a day.
Set Goals:
Everybody needs to set both short and long-term goals. Goals are very important aspect they allow you to move forward in the right direction. Long-term goals states out the big picture, while short-term goals are the steps required to reach out long-term goals.
Have fun:
When you are having fun in the work place, you have more energy, you’re motivated, you have more positive outlook, and you just get more done. More fun makes you work more. When you want to produce more personal productivity, requires some discipline following.
