Human Resource and Communication in Projects

Human resource and communication in projects is very important for any issue to be resolved or for any important discussion about a project.  Managers should have good communication skills to be able to put forth their views to the employees in the right manner and to achieve their goals in the organization. Proper human resource should be available for completion of a project with proper communication skills to be able to convey what is required to the employees.

Goals should be set and human resource should put plans in place with good communication to employees to achieve good results from a project.  Human resource should be able to make out matrix for achieving goals and monitor this matrix from time to time to be able to visualize their achievement towards the goal set.   Rewards should be offered for good efforts put in. Human resource and communication to employees on their achievements with proper rewards from time to time will motivate the employees to achieve higher results. 

Human resource and communication plan and develop written communication strategies between employees.  Human resource and communication are the links to managements and employees who work and attribute efforts to both at the same time – be it management or employees.   It plays a very important role in the growth and profitability of any organization.  In the absence of a strong Human resource and communication, the company’s growth is affected and this in turn also affects employees – if a company grows, the employees also grow simultaneously.    Every organization requires a strong team of human resource and communication in projects, for managing their employees, e.g. Attendance, salaries, conducting meetings where employees are given opportunities to voice their opinions and grievances, conducting reward programs for recognizing employees for their efforts put in, which in turn motivates employees to give their best.
