Diversity Management
Diversity Management is related to solve the problems of the employees. Human resource management is linked with employee substances. The core aspires to create this for the employee since they are not compelled to do something which he is not responsible to. This cause is apt to create a particular kind of management which works only for the issues and problem connecting towards the employee and employer. Lot of conflicts takes place in the company between employer and employee, it related to solve the problems according to the rules of the company. The HR department averts mutually and make easy both from the result.
HR management follows confident laws and regulations. Diversity management is one of the managements to solve the employee’s problems in a company. Diversity management means to manage the different types of matters and workforces in the organization. There are lot of problems in the company concerning the payment or salary and also the requirements of the company. This salary matter is based in the hand of the HR department to perceive the workforce is low pay or high pay. For example if the employee wants the loan from the company, the HR is responsible to collect the news about the background of the employee whether he or she can give the amount by instalment or not., afterwards the company can take the decision in that loan matter. This is one of the works of how the He handled the diversity.
Works of Diversity Management:
Diversity management was a best and important part to select, retain and manage a various workforces. IPMA/NASPE Benchmarking Committee said,” diversity labours in place of work make easy the replace of new viewpoints, get better problem explaining different ideas, and make a differential, tolerant work surrounding, all of which we make good sense”. Affirmative action is the structure for a Diversity Management. Diversity Management has been portrayed for the mind set of an organization, the type of weather of an organization and the various view people carry to an organization owing to race, workplace approaches, incapacity and other differences.
In 1992 Thomas and Cox in 1993 suggested that there are various best practices that a HR manager can accept to make sure successful management of workplace diversity to facilitate and achieve organizational goals. They are planning a mentoring program, Organizing Talents deliberately, leading the talk with employees, control and measure the results and also motivational approaches.
