Corporate Management:
Corporate Management can be defined as the art of conducting and directing, and to leading all or part of an organization; generally a business through deployment and manipulation of resources (human, financial, material, and intangible).
Corporate Management involves all activities from business formation to the management, expansion and progress of the same; it also involves management of resources, expenses, processes and progress of the business.
Recent developments include the “theory of constraints”, re-engineering, and various information technology driven thesis as “agile software development”.
The “theory of constraints” approach describes management decision-making as a continuous cycle of three basic questions:-
Towards the end of the 20th century, management came to consist of a number of separate branches including human resources management, operation or product management, strategy management, marketing management, financial management and information technology management.
Corporate management process: It includes the process of planning, measuring, evaluating, training people and controlling organizational activities.
Corporate management resources: This refers to the allocation of the capital resources wisely; continuously monitoring the appreciation of the corporate resources progress and working towards multiplying it.
Corporate management solution: This involves making strategic plans to improve corporate management to bring about better `return on investment` (ROI), for business by allocating resources wisely and controlling cost.
Corporate portal management: This relates to the intra-net portals for better communication, automation of several accounting and human resources related processes.
Corporate portal enterprise: Help desk solution within the company (intranet) to facilitate information sharing in no time, data and document sharing and management – all types of data relating to HR, finance, expenses, etc.
