Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) is a worldwide treaty controlled by the World Trade Organization (WTO) which sets down least amount of standards for a good number of forms of intellectual property (IP) parameter within all member countries of the World Trade Organization.
