Product Liability
Product liability is the part of law in which the “retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and others who make the products available to the community are answerable for the injuries which the products cause.”
This law Product liability shows a discrepancy from state to state, but the fundamental principle is that the companies have a contractual obligation to safeguard the consumers from possible hazards, even if the harm is principally caused by the customer carelessness or intentional misuse.
Not only that the Courts have the idea that in general the manufacturers have additional intrinsic information about their products, as a result it falls on the manufacturers to take for granted the monetary conscientiousness for the injuries and damage of the property. Product liability cases by and large come under 3 considerations (design defect, manufacturing defect and a failure to warn):
