Partnership
A partnership is an understanding where entities and/or individuals have the same opinion to work together to move ahead in their wellbeing. To define it in a more precise way “the partnership is formed between one or more business in which the owners share both the gain and the pain (i.e. profit or the loss).
The Partnerships is formed in various sectors. Some of the examples are given below:
Partnership has a far and wide varying result and be capable of presenting partners with exceptional challenges. Some of the facts are to be negotiated like the areas of responsibility, levels of give-and-take, lines of authority, and overarching goals. On the other hand some of them are considered to be problematic and debatable at a least range.
The partners might possibly have a partnership agreement or affirmation of partnership and in some cases it might be registered and it is accessible to the public inspection. In several countries the partnership is well thought-out to be a legal entity.
In view of the fact that as partnership is an ‘agreement’ there must be at least two partners and there is no restriction to the maximum number of partners. On the other hand, section 11 of Companies Act prohibits partnership that has more than 20 members.
