Notary public
A notary public (at times called as public notary or a notary) is an individual who is being endorsed by the local government or the state to collect sworn statements and direct the oaths, witness the signatures that are there in the officially authorized documents, in an official manner.
Tool that is being used:
An embossing tool is being used by the notary public that helps to authenticate his or her existence at the moment the credentials are being signed. In order to avoid counterfeit use of the embosser an inimitable identifying number is being issued by most of the states to each of the notary public.

Fees for the notary public:
A nominal fee is being charged by the notary public for his or her services, at the same time this fee cannot be taken as extreme. A full-time notary public is being required by a government office or in a large law firm.
