What does Employment law mean?

As an old saying goes forewarned is forearmed, it better to know about what is that you have to deal with before you get working for an organization. The laws vary according to the region you belong to, there are laws governing the way you work and the way an organization treats you.   • There is also a bankruptcy law, which prevents discrimination on the company that has declared bankrupt.

  • The fair labour standard act ensures that the employees to get a minimum requirement wage for their jobs.
