Position: Associate - Sales and Operations
Job Summary
Interact with US and UK based customers over email/chat/phone calls and give information on the various products and services. Ensure follow up with customers and resolve customer requests/queries actively. Achieve a pre-set target of conversion of customers.
Responsibilities
Answer phones/IM chats/emails and respond to customer requests.
Achieve targets of pre-determined number of conversions within the specified time frame.
Provide customers with service and support information.
Provides pricing and delivery information, processes orders, and prepares reports.
Solicit sale of new or additional services or support.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties.
Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Fresher
Any experience in a similar profile would be valued. Work Location: Chennai – Guindy
Skills and Abililties
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Should be high on initiative and multitasking.
Should have good team working abilities and ability to work under pressure.
Must possess Excellent Communication skills.
