Position: Search Engine Marketing(SEM) Specialist
Responsibilities
Collaboration with various business units/teams in scoping out analytics implementation for new strategic initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively with technology/engineering teams on tracking standards and tag implementation guidelines, from concept to execution of tracking features
Maintain global consistency & best practices in data collection standards in state of the art enterprise data warehouse solution

Qualifications
Experience in web analytics implementation
Deep technical skills and demonstrated organizational effectiveness
3+ years of experience in an e-commerce environment at the intersection of web analytics implementation and with strong scripting languages (preferably PHP and JavaScript) background
Experience with click-stream analytic tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst, Insight, Data warehouse, Excel Client, Report Builder
Knowledge of mobile web and mobile app measurement concepts, analytics implementation using PHP or JavaScript based data collection
Strong ability to define and deliver web analytics platform needs from business case through execution
Applied knowledge of statistical concepts, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay per Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Email marketing
Tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status
Must be flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
