Curriculum mapping at Classof1 basically involves assessment development. Assessment Developers build K-12 curriculums and assessments which are aligned to the academic standards of the various states of United States. Our assessments developers are experts in this area with several years of industry experience.
Assessment Developers have the option of working with us in full time capacity from the premises of Classof1 or in part time capacity from their homes.
Who fits the bill?
The individual applying for this role should be a post graduate in disciplines such as English, Mathematics or Science. Experience in eLearning with exposure to assessment development, courseware creation and an understanding of US state standards, cognitive domain and GLEs would be added advantage.
The individual should be able to understand the requirements of the tasks, articulate every process with clarity, motivate the team by being a role model when it comes to execution of task and the ability to offer guidance to the rest of the team. Ability to analyze complex situations and present the same to all involved would be an innate trait. Some other traits we are looking for are the ability to identify the root cause of issues, develop initial framework for processes and structure those.
